Order Processing & Delivery Time

Delivery Timeframe: You can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 7 business days after it has been placed and confirmed.
Order Cut-off: Orders placed late in the day, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer for remote or hard-to-reach areas.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (Note: If you offer free shipping over a certain order amount, you can state that here, e.g., "We offer free standard shipping on all orders over Rs. 5000.")

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS. This message will include your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Please ensure someone is available at the provided shipping address to receive the package and make the payment to the courier.

Damages During Transit

We pack our medical supplies with the utmost care to ensure precision and safety. However, if your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately upon receipt.
